These beautiful wine bottle hurricanes are made from up-cycled wine bottles and hand cut by us. They are also hand painted by us and each bottle is finished with a bead of black rubberized glue to prevent cuts or scratches on surfaces. Each hurricane comes with a ceramic tile base and one string of fairy lights.
